The OTP-MemoryLink DDR5 BSI Adapter is designed for testing DDR5-related server, PC and storage boards. It checks CPU and memory connection signals, performs DDR5 Boundary Scan / BSI testing, and uses JTAG Chain diagnostics for fault localization. It also covers Pull-up / Pull-down checks related to power and ground. The product architecture consists of an MCU, FPGA and custom Firmware.
